The 3-star, 12-storey EGI Resort & Hotel, built in 2005, is the only condo-resort on Mactan Island. It has 95 rooms (Superior, De Luxe Queen/Twin, Family).
All superbly appointed, clean and large guestrooms have individual airconditioning units, 21-inch flat-screen TV with premium channels, IDD/NDD telephone, ceiling fan, refrigerator, microwave oven, and coffee/tea maker and, blackout drapes/curtains.

EGI Resort and Hotel also has a coffee shop, 24-hour front desk, function rooms, convention hall, bar/lounge, fully equipped spa and fitness center, picnic huts, small white sand beach, a 5-star Gold Palm Resort dive facility and an aviary.
They offer room service (limited hours), in-room massage, free private parking, airport transfers, parasailing, snorkeling and island hopping. Their staff was friendly, courteous and helpful.

I think you enjoyed your stay in Cebu. We want to live in the city that's why we decided to get a house for sale in Lapu-lapu City and enjoy the place for life.
